To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Auth0 for authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Ito.ai is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use.
The Services allow you to interact with AI-powered features, including voice processing and dictation. We use third-party providers such as PostgreSQL for data storage, Amplitude for analytics, and Groq for server processing. Your use must be for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized. You agree not to:
Any content you submit (e.g., voice inputs, text) is your "User Content." You grant Ito.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe others' rights.
Ito.ai owns all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including through third-party services like Amplitude for analytics.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ito.ai does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ito.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the Services or email.
