Ito offers a free trial followed by a Pro plan billed through Stripe. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

Free trial

When you complete onboarding, your free trial begins automatically. During the trial:
  • Ito runs automated QA on every pull request.
  • All features are available, including video recordings, code analysis, and team management.
  • No payment information is required.
Your trial end date is shown in Settings → Plan & Billing.

Pro plan

After your trial ends, you need a Pro plan to continue using Ito. The Pro plan is seat-based — you pay for the number of team members who need dashboard access.
  • Monthly billing — charged each month
  • Yearly billing — charged annually (saves compared to monthly)
Choose yearly billing for better value if you plan to use Ito long-term.

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing.

Choose a plan

Select monthly or yearly billing and enter the number of seats you need.

Complete checkout

You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Enter your payment details and confirm.

Confirmation

After payment, your Pro plan activates immediately and you return to the dashboard.

Manage your subscription

Use the Stripe Customer Portal to:
  • Update your payment method
  • View and download invoices
  • Change the number of seats
  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing
  • Cancel your subscription

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing.

Open the portal

Click Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.

Subscription status

Your billing page shows:
  • Current plan status (active, trialing, or expired)
  • Trial end date or next renewal date
  • Number of seats used vs. total seats
If your subscription lapses, automated testing will pause. Renew your subscription to resume QA on pull requests.
